• There are no refunds on Bee Packages after delivery.

• Check the box on the checkout page that you want to receive communication from us. Failure to do so may result in you missing valuable information about your purchase. If we cannot contact you and you miss your pick-up, the bees will be sold. We will not hold them for you.

• Weather can cause us to change the Delivery Dates & Times, so check the web site often.
• Do not ask to change your pick-up location. We prepare your order to be picked up at the location you specified when you placed your order. This cannot be changed.
If you don’t receive an email or text message from us by April 15th, then you must contact us at 907-360-8182 or [email protected]. You are responsible for communicating with us, just as much as we are responsible for trying to communicate with you. If our emails go to your spam box, or you don’t receive our text for some reason, you must contact us directly, to confirm delivery date & time.
