• Bring your PAPER RECEIPT, no receipt, no bees, no exceptions!
• There are no refunds on Bee Packages after delivery.
• There are NO REFUNDS after March 31st. If we fail to get you bees we will refund you.
• All sales are final once bees are loaded into buyer's transport.
• Due to the delicate nature of Honey Bees & Queens they are NOT warranted/ guaranteed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!
• If you request a refund prior to delivery date, there is a 50% restocking fee.
• All sales are to be paid in full before delivery.
• Due to weather conditions, delivery times and dates are subject to change.
• Updates are on the web site please check first before calling us. Make us a contact on your phone

• Make sure you check the box on the checkout page that you want communication with us. Failure to do so may result in you missing valuable information about your purchase. If we cannot contact you and you miss your pick-up time date etc. the bees will be sold. We will not hold them for you.
• Make sure all your contact information is correct. A good cell number to reach you,
• A Good e-mail address that you check regularly. We communicate via broadcast mail.
• Check the box that says you want to communicate with us. Failure to do so will result may in you not getting your bees.

• Don’t ask to pick your bees up in a different city than where you ordered.
If you don’t receive an email or text message from us by April 15th, then you must contact us at 907-360-8182 or info@northwestbeesupply.com. You are responsible for communicating with us, just as much as we are responsible for trying to communicate with you. If our emails go to your spam box, or you don’t receive our text for some reason, you must contact us directly, to confirm delivery date & time.
